Counselling in Emsworth, Hampshire/West Sussex

I offer Counselling in Emsworth near Havant and surrounding areas - I also work as bereavement counsellor on a voluntary basis for Cruse Bereavement Care and as a voluntary counsellor for Women's Refuge.

Sometimes we feel happy, fulfilled and contented with life. At other times, events can overwhelm us, leaving us feeling sad, confused, lonely and challenged. Friends and family can offer love and support at these times, but sometimes you need more than that.

During a counselling session you can explore various aspects of your life and feelings, talking about them freely and openly in a way that is rarely possible with friends and family. Bottled up feelings such as anger, anxiety, grief and embarrassment can become very intense causing problems in all aspects of your life and relationships.

Our Emsworth based Counselling offers an opportunity to explore these feelings making them easier to understand. As a trained Counsellor I will listen to you, respect your confidentiality and be non judgemental. I will not give you advice or tell you what to do but will help you make your own choices and support your decisions.

Inner Child Therapy Counselling

An opportunity to explore and resolve childhood issues using various techniques including two chair work and guided visualisation. Learning to nurture the child within you is an essential step towards self acceptance and healing.

Self Awareness & Personal Development Group

The group usually consists of between 6 – 8 people and are facilitated by a fellow counsellor and myself. The group offers an opportunity to become more self aware using various approaches. Group members are expected to respect confidentiality in order to create a safe space for sharing. The experience can be both enlightening and fun. We welcome clients of any age, male or female.
