I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor in Southbourne, Emsworth and I am trained to work with a variety of theoretical counselling models. I have continued to study and update my counselling skills during the past twenty years and now use these skills to ensure that my client receives the very best therapy to suit their individual needs.

I provide professional Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching in Southbourne, Emsworth and Nuffield Health in Chichester,  I welcome clients from surrounding areas. Both my Southbourne and Chichester practices are within 5 minutes walk from the train station and local bus services (700) providing easy access from Havant, Emsworth, Prinsted, Nutbourne, Chidham, Fishbourne, Midhurst, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing.  Both practices have disabled access and free parking. I can offer (subject to availability) daytime and evening appointments at both practices.

As a certified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I can offer you time and space to explore your feelings in a safe, relaxed environment. Together we can explore unresolved issues and lift barriers that are holding you back I will give you 100% commitment, support and confidentiality.
